I qualified as a Dog Behaviour Practitioner in early 2022, having completed a Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Canine Behaviour (PETbc accredited).
Maintaining my professional development over the years, with a variety of webinars and online courses; recently I have:
Approved Member of the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) after a thorough assessment, May 2025.
Qualified as an “Easy Peasy Puppy Squeezy” Instructor with the IMDT in October 2024, having been taught by Steve Mann himself.
Attended a 4-day Practical Dog Instructor course with the IMDT in March 2024, consolidating and improving my teaching practices.
Completed a Dog First Aid course with Allwinds Dog First Aid, in March 2024.
Completed the Scent for Six course with the School of Canine Science 2023.
I provide canine advice and training in both 1:1 and group classes, in a variety of related subjects:
Pre-puppy consultations, helping with breed choice considerations, equipment advice, preparing the house and other considerations before getting your puppy.
Puppy Classes and 1:1 sessions, providing socialisation, handling, basic, cues, loose lead walking, “do’s and don’t’s”, creating the best bond etc.
Dog “Problems”, 1:1 sessions, such as loose lead walking, recall, reactivity, fear, separation anxiety and resource guarding.
Dog Enrichment and Scent training group classes or 1:1
I also hold a current enhanced DBS certificate and business insurance.
