Level 4 Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting
This Level 4 Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Dog Day Care and Home Boarding has been designed to develop knowledge and skills within pet sitting, dog walking, dog day care and home boarding.
This Ofqual regulated qualification is designed for learners of the age of 16 and over, who are currently in a role related to pet sitting, dog walking, dog day care or home boarding or planning to be in the future. This qualification will allow learners to formalise their learning and gain a regulated qualification, which is especially important if they are looking after pets in any capacity.
Learners may progress on to further studies within animal care or even employment in roles such as pet sitting, dog walking or dog day care.
Learners could also look to progress within various other regulated qualifications within the animal care sector to expand on their knowledge and experience in animal care further.

This is an online course which has been broken down into twenty three manageable and information packed modules, which should take around fifteen hours to complete. The course covers everything you need to know about setting up and running your own successful pet sitting business. During your online studies, you enjoy the convenience of online support and the ability to study using any device with online modules you can access at any time from anywhere. You get to study at your own pace with no schedules, so you can still work full time while preparing to start your own business on the side and in the future. On successful completion of the course, you will need to complete the multiple-choice test, which questions you on things you will have learned throughout the twenty three modules.
